Alex handles all international wholesale inquiries from our Kostopil workshop. We reply within two business days with a tiered price list, minimum quantities, and current lead times. What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale?
Minimums are discussed per-order rather than fixed. For altar tables we typically start at 6 units of a single model; for balance boards from our balance boards collection the entry point is 10 units. Alex will confirm the exact minimum once we know your target country and shipping method. Because everything is handmade by Roman Karas and our small production team, we prefer meaningful runs over one-off samples.
How long does a bulk order take to produce?
Standard wholesale runs ship in 4-6 weeks from deposit. Complex custom runs with stone inlays or bespoke dimensions can take up to 8 weeks. Eugene inspects every piece before it leaves the Kostopil workshop, so we do not compress the drying and finishing stages. Alex will give you a firm production window in your quote and confirm the shipping date once Roman begins the run.
What payment terms do you offer bulk buyers?
Our standard terms are 50% deposit to start production and 50% before shipment. Repeat wholesale accounts can request net-30 terms after their second successful order. We invoice in USD or EUR by bank transfer. Alex at metadeskukraine@gmail.com can also arrange split-shipment payment schedules for larger container orders of altar tables and balance boards.
Do you drop-ship or only bulk-ship to one address?
We bulk-ship to one address per order. Drop-shipping is not offered because each altar table and balance board is hand-inspected and crated at the Kostopil workshop, and splitting shipments would multiply freight cost and packaging waste. Alex arranges door-to-door freight for most destinations in North America, Europe, and Australia. You then distribute to your own retail locations.
