In order to provide our customers with a greater choice of products, we offer one of the widest ranges of nail materials. In our assortment, you may find nails of any type, from wooden options (bamboo nails) to various alloys, including copper nails, galvanized, copper-plated, and copper-zinc (50\50%) nails. All the materials are duly certified (there is a certificate of conformity for each product).

We understand that our customers have different levels of physical fitness, so we have designed Sadhu nail board for every level, from beginners to experienced practitioners.

  • For beginners, we’ve come up with Sadhu nail boards with a 8 mm distance between nails for painless entry into practice.
  • The nail board with a 10 mm distance between nails is intended for those who practice nail standing every day.
  • Those who can endure more than 15 minutes of nail standing can buy a Sadhu board with a 15 mm distance between nails.
  • Finally, a board with a distance of 15 mm between nails for standing will suit experienced yogis.

Bed of Nails to go!

I am now the proud owner of a beginner, intermediate and advanced set of bed of nails. I can not imagine another company that has this item or certainly this quality. Much thought has gone into every aspect of it including carrying cases. Their customer service is top notch. There is an endless array of designs and and there are a few versions of nails including galvanized, copper and bamboo. It is refreshing to get an online product that matches and even surpasses your expectations. If you have never practiced standing on a bed of nails start with the beginners, I was a little too bold and started with the advanced and had to work my way back down, glad I ended up with all 3 though as friends and family will love them as well and they will all be at different levels of endurance. Worth the money.

High Class Case

The leather case for the Sadhu board exceeded my expectations. My parents used to make leather handbags in the 50s and '60s so I know a well-made bag/case looks and feels like. It came with a slim leather case inside the outer leather case with a hand strap and a shoulder strap. Definitely worth the money.

About METADESK

I was initially inspired to create my own workshop of Sadhu nail boards after I’ve seen the actual results of their use on the daily basis. Hence, in 2016 I launched my own brand called METADESK, and surprisingly I found much support among other people seeking spiritual guidance. Within several weeks after opening, I managed to sell my first batch to 10 grateful customers! It was a success, provided that Sadhu boards are niche products. That gave me more confidence to proceed with more designs and options, so here we are with our full-fledged family business making dozens of people (more than 10000 satisfied customers!) happier and healthier!
