METADESK is a small workshop in Kostopil, Ukraine. When you write to us, your message reaches one of the three of us — Eugene, Roman, or Alex — not a support ticket queue. We reply within one business day, usually faster.

- Sizing, design choice, custom engraving, practice advice — Eugene Oliynyk, founder. Eugene personally answers all design and practice questions.
- Production lead times, materials, made-to-order details — Roman Karas, production lead.
- International orders, shipping, wholesale, partnerships, studio bulk orders — Oleksandr (Alex) Danylchuk. Alex works across time zones and replies in English.

Location
The workshop is based in Kostopil, Rivne Oblast, Ukraine. We ship worldwide via tracked courier. We do not have a physical retail showroom open to the public, but if you are visiting western Ukraine and want to see the workshop, write ahead and we will arrange it.
Response time
One business day. Our working week is Monday through Friday. Messages received Saturday or Sunday are answered first thing Monday morning.
